Bsource · Commerce Growth OS
Our people, roles and businesses sit together with their sales, ads, SEO and product costs. Each person sees the work they own and the numbers behind it.
You'll see the businesses and departments you're assigned to, nothing more.
No access yet? Ask HR to assign you to a business.
One record
Each file that used to travel by email now has a home in Growth OS, linked to everything else: a person opens the businesses they work on, a business lists its team, a role lists who holds it.
Who it's for
Growth OS opens on the view your role needs. The same data underneath, cut three ways.
Every business and department on one screen.
Your ventures, their team and their numbers.
One function across every business you serve.
Also: factory manager, asset lead and contributor roles, each scoped to exactly what the job needs.
How it works
Growth OS finds and ranks the work. Rankar.ai runs it. The result comes back here to be measured against the same data.
Platform
The owner's one-screen summary: portfolio, channel highlights and audit grades.
The register of every business: group, stage, ownership, leadership, wave and team.
Every person, their reporting lines and what they can see, checked against the register.
Positions, vacancies, job descriptions, the career framework and an approved change log.
Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and Finance, each with its own tabs and monthly audit.
Factory monthly bills set product cost, shown beside marketing cost for every product.
Ask questions of the numbers. It answers only from real figures and says when it can't.
Product demand by month, so ad budget and purchasing land before the peak, not after it.
Every connection shows its state: connected, stale, error or not configured. A missing number is never shown as a zero.
Security & privacy
Rules are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the menu. Where the records disagree, Growth OS takes the cautious option and holds access as pending.
A new account sees nothing until HR assigns the person to a business or department.
CNIC, date of birth, home address, bank details and salary never enter Growth OS. Contacts show only as "on file".
Appointments, role changes and removals are proposed, approved and logged with who did what and when.
Rollout
The spreadsheets stop being the working copy once editing moves into the app.
